T\u00fcrkiye genelinde i\u015fverenlerden gelen talepler do\u011frultusunda bu say\u0131 artmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#B22222\"><strong>DE\u011eERLEMELER NASIL YAPILIYOR?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru de\u011ferlemeleri, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Ofisi taraf\u0131ndan liyakat esasl\u0131, objektif y\u00f6ntemler ile adaylar\u0131n liseden, lisans son s\u0131n\u0131fa kadar yapt\u0131klar\u0131 uzun d\u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve sergiledikleri performanslar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6ntemle kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde\u00a0stajyer\u00a0al\u0131m\u0131 konusu ile ilgili \u00f6nemli bir paradigma de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine gidilirken, bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikle gen\u00e7 yeteneklerin, zor \u015fartlarda staj bulma ve\/veya referans arama zorunlulu\u011fu ortadan kalkt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Adaylar, ba\u015fvuru yaparken beyan ettikleri belgelerin kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan, puanlar\u0131, &#8220;akademik\/mesleki yeterlilikler, sosyal ve sanatsal yeterlilikler ve sportif yeterlilikler&#8221; alan\u0131nda toplam 25 parametre \u00fczerinden hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#B22222\"><strong>\u00dcN\u0130VERS\u0130TE \u00d6\u011eRENC\u0130LER\u0130 S\u0130STEME 47 B\u0130N\u0130 A\u015eKIN BELGE Y\u00dcKLED\u0130<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131l ilk kez d\u00fczenlenen ve \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin yo\u011fun ilgiyle kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 programda uygulanan y\u00f6ntemde, ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan 15 bin 868 \u00fcniversite son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi e-Devlet \u00fczerinden al\u0131nan bilgileri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, yetkinlik ve becerilerini belgelemek i\u00e7in sisteme 47 bin 244 dok\u00fcman y\u00fckledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin sisteme y\u00fckledi\u011fi belgelerin ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi, 27 Temmuz-9 A\u011fustos tarihleri aras\u0131nda, staj s\u00fcrecinde \u00dcniversite Kariyer Merkezleri taraf\u0131ndan kontrol edildi. Bu a\u015faman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, i\u015fverenlere tan\u0131mlanan yetki ile her aday\u0131n akademik\/mesleki, sosyal-sanatsal ile sportif yeterlilikler ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan ald\u0131klar\u0131 &#8220;a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 alan puan\u0131&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00fc\u00e7 puan kullan\u0131larak hesaplanan, &#8220;a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 toplam puan\u0131&#8221; ile adaylar\u0131n \u015fimdiye kadar elde ettikleri ba\u015far\u0131lar 100 ile 500 puan aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, i\u015fverenlere sunuldu. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Ofisi \u00d6l\u00e7me ve De\u011ferleme Dairesi taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ilk kez uygulanan bu y\u00f6ntemle farkl\u0131 alanlarda \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015f \u00f6\u011frenciler de i\u015fverenlere bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversite giri\u015f s\u0131nav\u0131nda ilk 1000&#8217;e giren, akademik ortalamas\u0131 4&#8217;l\u00fck notland\u0131rma sisteminde 3,90&#8217;\u0131n \u00fczerinde, ayn\u0131 anda \u00e7ift ana dal ve yan dal program\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 bilimsel, sosyal veya sportif yar\u0131\u015fmalarda derece kazanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011frenciler, &#8220;\u00dcst\u00fcn Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00d6\u011frenciler&#8221; kategorisinde yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#B22222\"><strong>GEN\u00c7 YETENEKLER &#8220;SE\u00c7\u0130LEN&#8221; DE\u011e\u0130L &#8220;SE\u00c7EN&#8221; OLACAK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 stajyer havuzundan tekliflerini g\u00f6ndermesi, Staj Seferberli\u011fi&#8217;nin sisteme getirdi\u011fi en \u00f6nemli yeniliklerden birisi olarak de\u011ferlendirilirken, kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r fark etmeksizin, i\u015fverenler ayn\u0131 adaylara tekliflerini g\u00f6nderebilecek ve \u00f6\u011frenciler gelen teklifler aras\u0131ndan istedi\u011fini se\u00e7erek staj yapaca\u011f\u0131 kurumu belirleyebilecek. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla gen\u00e7 yetenekler, &#8220;se\u00e7ilen&#8221; de\u011fil &#8220;se\u00e7en&#8221; konumuna ge\u00e7ecek.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yenilik ise \u00f6\u011frencilere kendilerini geli\u015ftirmeleri i\u00e7in geri bildirim verilecek. Stajyer havuzunda yer alan t\u00fcm adaylar, sisteme giri\u015f yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 yeterlilik alan\u0131 ve genel puanlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebildikleri gibi \u00fcniversite fark ermeksizin kendi b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri ile ayn\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde \u00f6\u011frenimine devam eden \u00f6\u011frencilerin ilgili yeterlilik alan\u0131nda ald\u0131klar\u0131 puanlar\u0131n ortalamas\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6rebilecek. B\u00f6ylece, ilgili alanlardaki yetkinliklerinin ortalamalar\u0131n\u0131, b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerindeki di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frencilerin T\u00fcrkiye ortalamalar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma ve bu bilgiyi kendilerini geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik yapacaklar\u0131 planlarda kullanma imkan\u0131n\u0131 da yakalayabilecek.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#B22222\"><strong>\u0130\u015eVERENLER TEKL\u0130F G\u00d6NDERMEYE BA\u015eLADI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Seferberli\u011fe kat\u0131lan i\u015fverenler, ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 profilde yer alan \u00f6\u011frencileri, 19 A\u011fustos 2020 itibar\u0131yla yetenek havuzlar\u0131na eklemeye ve bu \u00f6\u011frencilere staj teklifleri g\u00f6ndermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bir aday\u0131n, en \u00e7ok iki staj teklifini kabul edebildi\u011fi Staj Seferberli\u011fi&#8217;nde, stajyer havuzunda yer alan t\u00fcm adaylar\u0131n y\u0131l sonuna kadar en az bir staj tecr\u00fcbesi kazanmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Stajyer havuzu i\u015fverenlerin eri\u015fimine a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnden itibaren 2 bin 700&#8217;\u00fcn \u00fczerinde staj teklifi g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n<p>Staj s\u00fcresince, 3308 say\u0131l\u0131 Mesleki E\u011fitim Kanunu&#8217;nun 24. Maddesinde yer alan &#8220;On ve daha fazla personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran ve Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a i\u015fletmelerde mesleki e\u011fitim kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nan, ancak beceri e\u011fitimi yapt\u0131rmayan i\u015fletmeler, beceri e\u011fitimi yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 gereken her \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in e\u011fitim s\u00fcresince her ay 18 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirenlere \u00f6denen asgari \u00fccretin net tutar\u0131n\u0131n 1\/3&#8217;\u00fc nispetinde, yirmi ve daha fazla personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde 2\/3&#8217;\u00fc nispetinde Saymanl\u0131k hesab\u0131na para yat\u0131rmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcrler.&#8221; h\u00fckm\u00fc uyar\u0131nca kamu-\u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r fark etmeksizin staj yapacak t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilere en az kanunda belirtildi\u011fi \u015fekilde \u00fccretleri \u00f6denecek, sigortalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda \u00fcniversiteler, zorunlu staj h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini uygulayarak \u00f6\u011frencilerin sigortalar\u0131n\u0131 yapacak, b\u00f6ylece \u00f6\u011frencilere destek olacak.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#B22222\"><strong>STAJ SEFERBERL\u0130\u011e\u0130 PROGRAMI HER YIL D\u00dcZENLENECEK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Staj Seferberli\u011fi program\u0131, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Ofisi taraf\u0131ndan her y\u0131l d\u00fczenlenecek.
